At FireCraft Europe, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
We currently ship within the Benelux and the European Union.

⚙️ Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Halen (BE) within 1–2 working days.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail.
📦 Shipping partners
We work with PostNL / FedEx for our deliveries.
🔎 Tracking & status
After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can track your order.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days, please contact us at info@firecraft-europe.eu.
❗Lost or damaged parcels
In the rare event that a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to help you find a solution or replacement.
